The company started the Corporate Plan for Expansion in the Northeast with the opening of a regional branch in Recife and, in accordance with commercial planning, embraced, in 2020, the challenge of managing more operations and a new regional branch, this time in Carmópolis, a region of production assets that is home to the largest onshore oil field in Brazil.

With the perspective of its new plant coming into operation next month, the company that is focused on the oil industry UO-SEAL (Petrobras), estimates that it will open another 150 jobs for its new headquarters in the Northeast, in the municipality of Carmópolis, 50 kilometers from Aracaju.

In all, around 300 job opportunities will be generated for professionals in the region, residents of the state of Sergipe, stay tuned as there are prospects for growth in operations in the region, and new vacancies may arise during the year.

Epman's new regional headquarters in the Northeast is located in Praça José Sampaio, in the center of Carmópolis, Sergipe and will provide support to the already hired teams that will start operating in August.

According to Elton Senne, the company's executive director of operations, "this branch represents another step forward in the Company's national expansion plan, which was initiated by the Northeast in 2018 in view of the industrial opportunities in the region".

In the Northeast, Epman currently employs 1.500 employees, including permanent and mobile workers, and 10% of this workforce is being trained and activated in the state of Sergipe.

Epman did not go into detail about the amount invested to set up the branch in the Northeast, but according to company, the data will be disclosed in the 2020 Corporate Balance Sheet.
