Malaysia’s Animal Rescuer Transforms 464 Sqm House Into Home Adapted For 30 Cats, With Special Rooms, Security And Guaranteed Fun

A Malaysian animal rescuer made an unusual decision to ensure the well-being of her rescues. At 63 years old, Aunty Wendy, as she is known, bought an entire house for the 30 cats she has taken in.

The house, showcased in a tour that went viral on Instagram and TikTok, offers ample space tailored to the needs of the felines.

Most importantly, they can roam freely in an area of 464 sqm, including the backyard. There, they enjoy resting in chairs and soaking up the sun. The structure was designed to offer comfort and safety.

Special Areas And Care

The house has restricted areas to cater to different stages and conditions of the cats. There is a rehabilitation room for those recovering from illness or accidents.

Another room is dedicated to kittens, called the baby room. The mothers’ room with their kittens ensures a calm environment for nursing.

Additionally, there is a quarantine room, where newcomers undergo examinations and adapt to their new home. This prevents the transmission of diseases to others.

Safe And Fun Environment

All rooms are “catified,” with structures for climbing and playing. Windows and walls have protective screens, ensuring no animal escapes.

Thus, the property is not just a shelter, but a true paradise for the rescued felines, the result of Aunty Wendy’s dedication.

Also Went Viral On Social Media: Canadian Turned A VW Bus Into A Helicopter And Went Viral On Social Media

The iconic Volkswagen Bus, a symbol of freedom and movement during the 1970s, has taken on a new and unexpected version: a helicopter.

The unusual transformation was carried out by Canadian Chuck Jurgen Teschke, an aircraft maintenance technician with 38 years of experience in the field.

The project, dubbed FrankenCopter 4, has been shared by Teschke on his Instagram profile, where he already has over 50,000 followers.

Adaptation Maintains The Classic Look Of The Bus

From the beginning, Teschke’s goal was not to create a functional vehicle for flying, but rather to develop a creative fusion between the classic van and a helicopter.

The original structure of the bus was preserved up to the B-pillar, maintaining the characteristic design of the front end.

However, the traditional sliding doors were removed to facilitate the adaptation of the rear fuselage from the Airbus H125, the aircraft used as a base.

Structural Transformations And New Equipment

With the changes, the project received an elongated tail, a tail rotor — responsible for stability and direction —, landing skis, and a specific mount for three rotors.

The rotors were recently installed, as recorded in a post made by Teschke five days ago.

The absence of images of the interior suggests that assembly is still in progress, with parts of the cabin lacking visible finishing and possibly missing seats.

Aesthetic Details Preserve The Identity Of The Van

Some aesthetic details were also designed to combine functionality with the classic look. The headlights maintain their original position but have increased in size to enhance cabin visibility.

On the roof, two rounded windows, typical of helicopters, were added. The chosen paint refers to the vintage design of the bus, with shades of beige and white.

The red lines highlight the triangular detail of the front end, while the original white bumper matches the landing skis.

No Flying Capacity At The Moment

Despite all the care taken in the development, the so-called “Kombicopter” does not have flying capacity. Teschke did not publicly reveal the reason, and there is no confirmed information about the engine or any type of propulsion installed in the vehicle. Still, the creation has attracted curiosity and praise from followers on social media.

History Of Unusual Projects

The name FrankenCopter 4 references the Frankenstein creature, suggesting the experimental nature of the construction.

This was not the first time Teschke dedicated himself to uniting improbable vehicles. In another project, he transformed a tractor into a helicopter, using a methodology similar to that applied to the bus.

Bus Owl Continues To Be An Admired Classic

The model chosen for the project is from the first generation of the Volkswagen Bus, known in Brazil as “Owl” due to the shape of the headlights.

This model was produced and sold in the country between 1957 and 1975, equipped with a boxer engine with four opposed cylinders and air cooling.

Model Was In Production In Brazil For 56 Years

The Bus continued to be produced in Brazil until 2013, totaling 56 years of manufacturing. With this long production period, it consolidated itself as one of the models with the longest time on the market in Brazil.

Last year, it was possible to visit the Volkswagen museum at the factory in São Bernardo do Campo, where a unit of the Owl bus remains on display, preserving the history of the model.

Que bom ela ter a possibilidade de cuidar dos gatinhos com todo amor e carinho. Dando-lhes um lugar legal pra eles morarem. E também dando os cuidados que eles precisarem. ❤️❤️
