Job Description: Carry out all specific tasks of the production line to obtain a product manufactured under safe conditions, following operational instructions and within HSE requirements, quality, and standard productivity rates.

Assist the Lead Operator in the setup, operation of production machines, and analysis and resolution of problems on the line;

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace, including material storage and waste areas, according to the company’s operational policies;

Perform all necessary tasks according to standard safety policies;

Fill out line documents, following the procedures and Operational Instructions;

Load the machine with the necessary material for its operation, ensuring traceability of the material;

Collaborate with other work areas according to operational procedures, as well as perform other tasks assigned by the shift supervisor and/or lead operator;

Ensure that the values of Health, Safety, and Environment, expressed in the company policies, are practiced by employees, suppliers, and third parties, through the identification, monitoring, and control of significant environmental impacts and occupational risks, based on attitude, leadership, training, and commitment;

Work in compliance with the company’s quality and operations policies and procedures. Report any non-conformity, concern, and risk situations related to the product/process/service. Be committed to the results of quality objectives and seek continuous improvement of the product/process/service.

Requirements:

Education in Industrial Mechanical Technician, Mechatronics Technician, Electrical Technician, Naval Construction, or equivalent regular course. Must have experience in large-scale industry.

Desirable:

Experience in industrial environments with a culture of 5S, lean manufacturing, waste elimination, zero defects, and zero accidents.
NR 11 – Lifting and Moving Loads, Operating Gantry, Basic Welding Operation, Operating Cutting and Rotating Equipment;
Reading and interpreting drawings and technical documents;
Knowledge of metrology, reading instruments.
