Ford has 130 internship positions open in its program. These opportunities from the multinational are distributed across the business, product, consumer experience, and technology sectors, in the municipalities of São Paulo (capital), Tatuí, Salvador, and the respective metropolitan region.

Requirements Required by Ford to Participate in Internship Positions

Those approved for the internship positions at the multinational will start working in January 2023 and will carry out their activities for 6 hours a day, with the possibility of hybrid work. Regardless of the working mode, the multinational states that the internship program is a chance for learning and talent development that can one day hold leadership and strategy positions.

To apply for the internship positions, it is necessary to have an expected graduation date from the first semester of 2024. The multinational accepts courses such as Engineering, Technology, and Humanities.
