The positions are available in São Bernardo do Campo, São Paulo, for the following courses: Administration, Engineering, Economics and Accounting, Mechanical/Mechatronic Technician, Foreign Trade, Logistics Technician, Law, Culinary Technician, Psychology, Nutrition, Marketing, Gastronomy, Information Systems (related courses will also be accepted), Communication and Journalism.
Requirements: to apply for the program, the candidate needs to be attending from the first semester of their higher or technical education and have availability for 20 to 30 hours a week. Additionally, knowledge of Microsoft Office and English proficiency will also make a difference.

The Vinhedo (SP) unit of the multinational vehicle manufacturer Scania, responsible for supplying spare parts for Latin America, optimizes operations and has just completed the process of replacing 40 lead-acid battery forklifts with 40 lithium-ion forklifts, allowing employees to achieve higher productivity with safety and more ergonomics.
The project, which includes renting moving equipment, installing chargers, and implementing telemetry systems, results from a partnership with Jungheinrich, one of the global leaders in intralogistics solutions.

The positions are intended for the business areas (Finance, Engineering, Communication, Human Resources, Legal and Purchasing), product areas (Manufacturing, Product Development and Regulations), and consumer technology and experience areas (IT, Customer Service, Marketing & Sales).
Those selected by Ford may stay at the company for a minimum period of six months to a maximum of two years, with a daily schedule of six hours.
