Physician from Rio Grande do Sul Balances International Career in Plastic Surgery with Passion for Classic Cars, Gathering Rare Models in an Exclusive Garage in Brazil
Eduardo Pellini’s routine goes far beyond the office. Recognized as a plastic surgeon in Porto Alegre (RS), he also found in classic supercars a form of recognition. Just as patients trust his aesthetic work, collectors respect his collection of rarities.
The physician expanded his career to Italy, where he regularly attends after validating his diploma in the European Community.
With this, he conquered an international clientele and, at the same time, strengthened ties with the automotive world of the country.

An Unexpected Start
The collection emerged almost by accident. In 1999, encouraged by his father, who was passionate about the Ford Galaxie Landau, Pellini bought a specimen of the sedan.
The vehicle appreciated so much that it was eventually sold, but regret came quickly. To compensate, he began acquiring other models, starting a journey that would only grow.
Although the Landau had sentimental weight, the surgeon ended up falling in love with even rarer and more desired cars.
The list of acquisitions grew with iconic muscle cars, and each new specimen reinforced his image as a respected collector.

Classics That Shine
The preference for powerful cars from the 1970s appears in models such as two Dodge Challengers, including the legendary R/T 426, and a Plymouth Barracuda.
The collection also includes a 1961 Chevrolet Corvette C1 and a 1969 Buick Riviera.
The Mustang Boss 302 is another highlight. Pellini keeps the original 1969 version and also the 2012 edition, created specifically to honor the classic.
Besides them, there is room for a 1992 Cadillac Alanté, a BMW Series 8 E31, and even a “Corujinha” Kombi, a symbol of another era.
And of course, Ferraris could not be missing. In his garage rests a Testarossa, a 348, and a 456 GT, further enhancing the aura of the collection.
From Italy to Brazil
Frequent trips to Italy also opened doors to the automotive passion. Pellini often scours European ads and classifieds in search of rare models.
This exchange strengthened the connection with the country, while also helping to bring new relics to Brazil.
It was in this way that the collection multiplied to the point of occupying every free space. Cars began to share spots at home, in the clinic, and in other properties. However, the improvisation did not last forever.
The Birth of Pellini Garage
To solve the dilemma, Pellini built an exclusive garage. Named Pellini Garage, it became not just a storage place, but also a meeting point.
Friends and enthusiasts visit the space to admire vehicles that now function as true works of art on wheels.
The place gathers much more than automobiles. The physician installed a bar, racing simulators, and even historical pieces, such as the steering wheel of a McLaren driven by Ayrton Senna.
In June, the Pellini Garage hosted its first official meeting. The success was immediate and reinforced the idea that the collection became an attraction in its own right.
Pellini has made it clear: he has no intention of stopping. “Let the next ones come,” he said enthusiastically.

Between Two Passions
Plastic surgery and classic cars may seem like distant universes, but for Eduardo Pellini, they walk hand in hand.
Because, in the office, he transforms patients’ self-esteem. And, in the garage, he transforms engines into symbols of status, history, and emotion.
From this union, a trajectory was born that places him between scalpels and collectibles, always in pursuit of perfection.
