Neoenergia Has a New Selection Process Open That Aims to Provide Dozens of Job Openings for No Experience. The Opportunities Are for the Company’s Young Apprentice Program.

Neoenergia, a company that operates in the distribution of electricity in various regions of Brazil, announced this Thursday (9) the opening of several opportunities for young apprentices in its new selection process. Now, the no experience jobs are aimed at candidates residing in the interior of the state of São Paulo. The selection process of Neoenergia includes steps for resume screening, an intermediate step if necessary, and interviews with HR and Leadership teams.

Those interested in applying for the opportunities in the selection process must be enrolled in or have completed high school, in addition to having knowledge of Excel and other Office Suite tools. It is important to mention that all no experience positions at Neoenergia are eligible for people with disabilities.

Those approved in the selection process will work with budget oversight and portfolio management of IT projects and services, budget movement between projects and cost centers, OPEX and CAPEX, including accounting reclassifications, support for IT purchasing plans, and entry of approved processes in the Acquisitions Forum.

Development and Modification of Purchase Request (RC)

The apprentice will also work with Telecom Orders, Services, and Materials, creating and modifying orders. Updating the measurement plan, filing, and delivering documents to other areas. Regarding the required competencies, Neoenergia seeks a candidate who:

Rights Available to Apprentices

The company did not disclose benefits and compensation; however, it is possible to get an idea of what Neoenergia will provide to successful candidates in the young apprentice selection process, based on what is stipulated by the Learning Law. According to the text, employers must provide a compensation compatible with the current hourly wage, a 13th salary, Severance Indemnity Fund (FGTS), and vacation.

Additionally, the company emphasizes that it focuses on developing an inclusive and collaborative environment, and therefore respects people and their differences. Besides the no experience positions, Neoenergia also offers selection processes for permanent positions in roles such as:
