Inauguration of the New Technical Assistance Structure

NeoSolar, recognized as the largest distributor of off-grid solar energy products in the country, recently opened the doors of a new structure, dedicated exclusively to technical assistance. Located in the Vila Mariana neighborhood, in the south of São Paulo, the building has more than 400 square meters, with benches for technicians, a well-equipped laboratory, workstations for the engineering team, as well as a robust inventory and detailed testing rooms. This own space aims to optimize technical assistance, providing customers throughout the country with the benefit of a fast and efficient service.

Expansion of Service and Improvements in Technical Support

With this innovation, NeoSolar expands its capacity to serve customers in all regions of Brazil, offering technical assistance for 100% of the solutions in its portfolio. This simplifies and speeds up the process of equipment maintenance and repair. Kaique Zanettin, the company's Products and Services Coordinator, highlights: 'Most of the products are imported from China; therefore, having local technical assistance is a huge advantage, making contact with foreign countries unnecessary. With this expansion, we want to consolidate NeoSolar as a strong brand known for its differentiated technical assistance, providing fast and effective technical support.'

Due to the growth in demand, NeoSolar's technical support team has grown, requiring a larger space of its own. Expanding the warehouse space was also crucial, allowing requests from customers all over Brazil to be met more quickly. NeoSolar also stands out for its specialized service in brands in its portfolio. Specifically, the company is the first and only official Epever technical assistance in the world, offering a specialized service that uses original parts directly from the manufacturer.
