The Junior S&OP Analyst will be responsible for:

Creating and analyzing reports, KPIs, and monitoring area procedures;

Overseeing the assistants’ tasks related to order management in the Totvs system and Sales Portal;

Interacting with commercial managers and the S&OP team;

Analyzing inventory turnover and aligning with PCP;

Negotiating and signaling items on Shelf Life;

Ensuring compliance with demand planning, including billing, production, stock replenishment, and adherence to negotiated deadlines;

Monitoring production schedules and proposing adjustments when necessary;

Suggesting improvements for the systems used.

Requirements for the Position

Candidates for the position must meet the following requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in administration, marketing, accounting, or related fields;

Intermediate/advanced knowledge in Excel;

Ease with customer service and commercial negotiations;

Skill with numbers and calculations;

Experience in distribution and retail;

Intermediate English (desirable).
