No Ford and Tesla: An electric pickup truck sold on China's Alibaba website is getting a lot of attention on the internet

When talking about an electric pickup truck, the first thought that comes to mind is the incredible Ford F-150 or even Tesla's futuristic Cybertruck. However, an electric mini pickup truck sold on Alibaba's website in China has been drawing attention on the internet. Unlike its North American “competitors”, the electric vehicle Chinese is called CLZKC-009.

However, the electric pickup truck, unlike Tesla and Ford, does not cost a fortune. It is possible to buy it for U$ 2,000, about R$ 10 thousand reais. However, the electric pickup truck sold on Alibaba is only 3,5 meters long, having a capacity payload of 400 KG. 

The electric vehicle is produced by Jiangsu Ruipaiying Import And Export Co, a company from China that has already created other very different models for trading on the internet. The company equipped the electric truck with a 3.000w motor, capable of reaching up to 45 km/h. With SLA or Li-ion batteries, the vehicle it has an autonomy that varies between 70km and 130 km.

The 12-inch wheels have hydraulic disc brakes. However, as Alibaba's small electric truck only reaches 45 km/h, it is certain that they will take a long time to wear out. In addition to all these, it comes with some extra features such as power windows, wipers, reversing camera, electric heater and much more. 

In addition, the electric truck can also come with an air conditioner included. The company has also made available a gas-powered extender package that can transform the vehicle into a hybrid car. Buyers will have several color options available. Watch a video of the truck below.
