Crane Operator: Perform first-line maintenance services on crane equipment, such as topping off oil levels, changing lubricant oil filters, checking for leaks, taking temperature and pressure measurements, among others.
Mechanical Technician – TBM: Intervene in turbines, compressors, internal combustion engines, electric motors, generators, and peripheral accessories at the diagnostic, disassembly, assembly, recovery, and maintenance levels, observing technical, technological, environmental, safety, and quality standards, using appropriate equipment and tools. Conduct measurements, install/uninstall, assemble/disassemble, replace parts, inspect, couple, align, lubricate, change oil, wash systems, test, clean, preserve, and perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment and their components, as well as on special tools in the auxiliary load handling systems.
Instrumentation Technician – TBM: Intervene in executing technical instrumentation services in turbines, compressors, internal combustion engines, electric motors, generators, and peripheral accessories at the diagnostic, disassembly, assembly, recovery, and maintenance levels, observing technical, technological, environmental, safety, and quality standards, using appropriate equipment and tools.
Install/uninstall, assemble/disassemble, inspect, bench test or service onboard, calibrate, adjust operating logic, clean, preserve, maintain, and replace parts of equipment, instruments, and their components, create gaskets, instrument supports and/or internal parts, manufacture and affix aluminum identification plates for instruments, lubricate, conduct various tests, such as performance tests, loop tests, and continuity tests, troubleshoot both control panels and field instruments, create and alter layouts in air pipelines or conduits, perform services on tubings, install/uninstall and megger cables, execute maintenance plans, and perform services on vibration sensors such as displacement, speed, and acceleration sensors, rotation sensors, thermocouples, RTDs, LVDTs, RVDTs, among others.
Planning Technician: Responsible for planning, controlling, and outlining all treatment, painting, preservation, thermal insulation, and complementary service tasks, the scope of the contractual object, including the need for interventions and access engineering; Assist in the update of project schedules, acting with quick and effective planning; Prepare estimates of resources and deadlines for the services required by the project; Participate in client meetings pertaining to service scheduling; Issue reports as well as hold meetings with client representatives on the current contract platform; Issue records in the RDO’s (Daily Work Reports).
