The Civil Construction Sector Has Innovative Solutions For Cleaning And Preserving Places That Have Contact With Concrete And Derivatives

Pieces of bricks, dust, grout, leftover concrete, and other types of materials are part of the daily life of a construction site. Cleaning up after construction of the mess caused by concrete and derivatives is not always an easy task for those who work in the civil construction industry, especially on equipment that has daily contact with the product, such as trucks and concrete mixers.

Cleaning requires safety equipment and products that are not always beneficial and safe for health. However, there is a technology that eliminates residues and does not harm the environment, with specific products for cleaning and preserving places that deal daily with concrete and derivatives.

World’s Only Biodegradable Synthetic Technology for Cleaning Construction Waste

Exclusively distributed in Brazil and the only biodegradable synthetic technology in the world for this purpose, produced in the United States, the Bio 360 line from Camargo Química, a Santa Catarina-based company focused on serving the construction sector, offers innovative solutions for cleaning and preserving places that have contact with concrete and derivatives.

Biodegradable and helping to reduce the consumption of natural resources, the company director, Fábio Camargo, emphasizes that the line poses no health risks to workers and is also environmentally safe, helping the environment. “The technology prevents the accumulation of concrete inside trucks and does not require a jackhammer for cleaning, in addition to extending the useful life of trucks and concrete mixers,” he says.

Camargo recalls that concrete plants face serious problems removing all the accumulated concrete. “And we also have to consider the risk that employees run when using hazardous products. Furthermore, the proper cleaning ensures quality service at the time of project delivery. Therefore, the technology used in the Bio 360 line is ideal for the civil construction sector,” Camargo concludes.

The Complete Line Has Four Products for Removing Concrete, Mortar, Among Others:

Bio 360 Power: removes concrete, mortar, cement-based products, as well as oxidation, rust, oil, and grease. “Without the need for PPE, it eliminates about 15% more concrete than conventional products,” the director clarifies.

Bio 360 Wash: creating a protective layer, like a waterproof wax, the product protects and prevents the buildup of concrete on trucks and concrete mixers.

Bio 360 Release Agent: prevents the accumulation of concrete and the weight gain of the truck. “By bonding to the metal of the concrete truck, the product forms a single non-stick surface for up to three months,” he reports.

Bio 360 Post-Construction: indicated for heavy cleaning, especially in recently delivered works, it removes leftover concrete, mortar, or cement-based products.
