The new announcement of the Aeronautics competition was released on this Monday (25), a public competition aimed at admission to the Sergeant Formation Course (CFS) in the second half of 2023. The Aeronautics competition is open for registrations starting this Tuesday, July 26, and provides 225 vacancies. During the course, the candidate will be appointed as a student (special enlisted). Immediately after graduation, they will be appointed as a third sergeant, with earnings of R$3,825.
Public Competition of the Aeronautics is Intended for Young People Aged Between 17 and 24
The vacancies in the public competition of the Aeronautics are aimed at candidates of both sexes, with complete high school and aged between 17 and 24 (turning 18 by December 31, 2023).
Those interested in the Aeronautics public competition can choose only one of the nine areas for specialization within the Brazilian Air Force.

Candidates under 18, if approved and summoned, must have written authorization from their guardian and submit it to the Supervisory Committee during the Intermediate Concentration. Only in cases where candidates are still minors on the date of the Concentration, it can be replaced by a Certificate of Emancipation, registered in a notary office.

The registration fee is only R$ 80. The test is objective and is scheduled for November 6, and will assess multiple-choice questions based on Portuguese and English languages, mathematics, and physics.

Stages and Tests of the Aeronautics Competition
The remaining stages of the Aeronautics public competition for admission to the sergeant formation course are:
- Written Tests;
- INSPSAU (Health Inspection);
- EAP (Psychological Aptitude Exam);
- TACF (Physical Conditioning Assessment Test);
- PHC (Complementary Heteroidentification Procedure);
- Document Validation.
The written tests are classificatory and eliminatory. The INSPSAU, EAP, TACF, and Document Validation are of an eliminatory nature.
The PHC serves to validate or invalidate the self-declaration made by the participant during their registration, with the highlighted rules applied. There will be no second calls for any of the stages, and consequently, no requests for postponement of any of the stages or special treatment, regardless of the reason, except as provided in the announcement instructions.
