With an innovative design, the new Fendt engine ensures a superior operating experience, providing lower noise levels, better turning radius, greater ground clearance, and ease of maintenance.
The Fendt 700 Vario Gen7 tractors are the first tractors from the brand marketed with the CORE75 engine, featuring characteristics that ensure versatility in power and an advanced emissions control system.

The engine will be able to run on alternative fuels in the future, which are in the process of being approved; however, it is already factory-ready to be fueled with 100% HVO (Green Diesel), which reduces CO2 emissions by up to 75%.
Fernando Silva, commercial coordinator of AGCO Power, emphasized that the alternative fuels of the future, such as hydrogen, ethanol, biogas, and methanol, are establishing new demands for agricultural engines. The CORE engine platform was developed to allow the use of these fuels with greater development, contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
Power Of The New Fendt Engine
The AGCO Power CORE75 features some of the most advanced resources on the current market. With 7.5 liters and 223 kW of power, the engine offers an impressive torque of 1450 Nm, the highest in its class.
The most notable feature is its ability to achieve maximum torque at 1300 RPM, instead of the typical 1500 RPM, resulting in the best fuel economy in its category, with only 188 g/kWh.
The simplified design of the AGCO Power CORE75, with fewer parts, makes the engine more reliable and easy to maintain. In addition, it is equipped with an advanced Emissions Aftertreatment System (EAT), developed to meet the most stringent emission standards without the need for an Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system.
AGCO Power produces agricultural engines for the brands Fendt, Massey Ferguson, and Valtra. Its operations in Brazil began in 1993, in Mogi das Cruzes (SP). All lines comply with the Air Pollution Control Program for Automotive Vehicles for Agricultural and Road Machinery (PROCONVE MAR-1), with a reduction in pollutant emissions of up to 90%.
AGCO Power Engines Are Considered The Cleanest In The World
What makes AGCO Power engines, like the new Fendt engine, so special? The answer is simple: they exceed the most stringent emission standards with ease, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
In a world that seeks to eliminate fossil carbon or at least drastically reduce it, AGCO Power stands out as a pioneer. Over the last two decades, the company has focused on reducing emissions of harmful particles and nitrogen oxides to a fraction of what they were just a decade ago.
But why do diesel engines still reign in many applications, even after more than a century of use? The answer lies in the high energy density of the fuel and the high efficiency of the engines, making them a competitive and practical technology in various scenarios.
AGCO Power does not settle for the status quo. The company is constantly innovating and seeking new solutions to further reduce emissions and contribute to a greener future for agriculture.
