Realme Announces Launch of Smartphone with MediaTek Chip: Realme 14T 5G Arrives in the National Market with a Giant 6,000 mAh Battery and Great Performance.
Realme launched the Realme 14T 5G in the Brazilian market this Wednesday (14), following the debut of the more advanced models in the series, being a more affordable alternative to the 14 series. Despite focusing on cost-effectiveness, the device stands out for its robust specifications, which include an AMOLED display, construction with IP69 certification, and a large 6,000 mAh battery with high-power charging for the category.
Realme 14T 5G Arrives with 256 GB of Storage and MediaTek Chip
Starting with the design, the device bears a close resemblance to the conventional Realme 14 5G, including maintaining some high-durability construction details, as it features IP69 certification for resistance to dust and hot water jets from various angles. The most noticeable difference in the smartphone launch is in the color options, as the new model comes in black and purple with a matte finish.
For processing, the device relies on a chip MediaTek Dimensity 6300, accompanied by 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage in the Brazilian version. Already seen in smartphones like Samsung Galaxy A06 5G, this setup is straightforward, with everything expected to ensure good daily performance and capabilities for less demanding games.

For cameras, the smartphone offers a 16 MP front lens, positioned in a hole at the top of the display, along with a dual rear camera setup featuring a main 50 MP sensor equipped with phase detection autofocus (PDAF), and a 2 MP monochrome sensor to provide more detail to the captures. The model also stands out with AI features to enhance image quality.
The standout feature of the smartphone is, by far, the 6,000 mAh battery, one of the largest available in the entry-level segment, ensuring over 17 hours of video playback. The brand also guarantees that the cell can maintain at least 80% of its capacity even after 4 years of use.
Moreover, the model supports 45 W fast charging, which provides nearly 4 additional hours of call time after just 5 minutes on the charger.
In addition, the new device in the national market offers 5G connectivity, dual-band Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, Android 15 operating system running on the Realme UI 6.0 interface, optical fingerprint reader built into the screen, and AI features such as the removal of unwanted objects from photos.
The Debut of the Realme 14 Line in Brazil
The brand officially announced the arrival of its new Realme 14 line in Brazil in April. The announcement was made during an event in São Paulo, and the series debuts with three main models: the Realme 14 5G, Realme 14 Pro, and Realme 14 Pro Plus.
The company’s proposal is to offer smartphones with advanced features, including technologies typically found in more premium categories, but at competitive prices in the mid-range segment.
The Realme 14 5G stands out for its Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 processor, which promises optimized performance in games and daily tasks. According to the brand, the presence of GT Boost and Bionic Cooling System technologies contributes to thermal stability and smooth gameplay. The device arrives in the market in Silver Mecha, Titanium Storm, and Pink Warrior colors.
Meanwhile, the mid-range model in the line is the Realme 14 Pro, which features a 6.77-inch AMOLED display with full HD resolution, a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, and a fingerprint reader on the display, as well as a hole to accommodate the front camera.
