CIERGS Selection Process
The selection process for the position of Junior Specialized Technical Analyst follows a rigorous evaluation standard to ensure that the best candidates are selected. Initially, interested candidates must register their resumes in the system, filling in all necessary information. After this stage, a thorough resume analysis will be conducted, where candidates who meet the minimum requirements will move on to the next phase.
The second phase consists of an objective test covering knowledge in Portuguese, mathematics, and logical reasoning. Those approved in this stage will be called for in-person interviews with the Human Resources team. Subsequently, there is a document assessment, where candidates must present academic and professional proofs. The final interview will be conducted by the area manager, followed by the medical admission exam and presentation of the necessary documents for hiring.

Junior Specialized Technical Analyst – Porto Alegre
