Requirements
- Technical High School
- Experience in user support for microinformatics and Office Suite, configuration of Laser and Inkjet printers
- Knowledge of Windows 7, 8, and 10 and computer formatting
- Good interpersonal relationships
- Experience in user support, logical reasoning, and ability to work under pressure
- Some knowledge in Networks and Operating Systems, Machine assembly and maintenance, Zebra printers, Barcode readers, and ERP systems is desirable
