Selection Process at Tigre Group
The selection process for this position consists of five stages structured to select the best candidate. The first stage involves registering interested parties, where profiles and professional experiences will be evaluated. Next, there will be an initial interview with the Human Resources department to discuss technical and behavioral competencies.
In the third phase, selected candidates will be interviewed by the direct manager and the company’s Business Partner, where strategic aspects of the role will be discussed. Afterwards, there will be a final interview with a senior manager to assess the candidate’s alignment with Tigre’s organizational culture. Finally, successful candidates will go through the onboarding and integration process.

Sales Manager – Campinas/SP

Job Requirements
