Mercado Livre Offers 7 Thousand Scholarships in Technology for Latin American Youth
Mercado Livre, the leader in e-commerce and financial services in Latin America, has taken a big step by announcing a major initiative for young people who dream of diving into the world of technology. In collaboration with over 15 specialists, the company has created the Beta Hub, a community for continuous learning aimed specifically at teenagers aged 16 to 18.

This year, the Beta Hub is offering more than 7 thousand scholarships in technology for young people, covering areas such as:

The platform has already attracted over 14 thousand Latin American youth, all participating in activities and challenges. Within this vibrant community, over 4 thousand young people are engaged in sharing experiences and learning together.

Since its launch, the Beta Hub has distributed more than 6 thousand scholarships, with 1,600 young people graduated so far. In Brazil, the uptake has been enormous: over 2,400 young people registered, of which 1,200 have already secured their scholarships.
Real Impact on Young People’s Lives
This initiative has brought significant change to the lives of young people. Data shows that 58% of graduates had their first contact with technology studies through the Beta Hub. Additionally, 82% were able to identify which area of technology interests them the most and expressed their intention to continue studying and specializing.
