Senar (National Rural Learning Service), in partnership with the Rural Unions of Santa Catarina, is offering approximately 430 free courses for producers and rural workers in various areas, with registrations open for the month of October.

Training in the Field: A Golden Opportunity for Rural Producers

Senar/SC is accepting registrations for free courses aimed at training producers and rural workers. With a focus on areas such as agriculture, livestock, aquaculture, and handicrafts, these trainings provide an excellent chance for technical improvement and the implementation of innovations on rural properties. All courses integrate theory and practice, enhancing productivity and income in the field.

The president of the System, José Zeferino Pedrozo, highlights the importance of these initiatives for the growth of the sector. “These free courses are essential for those seeking new technologies and more efficient practices, directly impacting rural development and quality of life,” explains Pedrozo.

Courses Available in October at Senar

The schedule of free professional courses offered by Senar/SC in October covers a wide variety of areas, divided into Rural Training (FPR) and Social Promotion (PS). Here are some available positions:

Agriculture: Soil management, grain production, and practice control.
Livestock: Cattle breeding, artificial insemination, and pasture management.
Aquaculture: Fish farming in tanks and sustainable management.
Agroindustry: Milk production results and food processing.
Handicrafts: Production of pieces in wood and natural fibers.
Health and Nutrition: Family nutrition and food handling.

The courses are offered according to regional needs, identified in partnership with the Rural Unions. As the superintendent, Gilmar Antônio Zanluchi, explains, “the demands of the rural sector are studied to ensure that the courses truly yield results for producers and workers.”
