Corporate Reputation Index of Ocyam Grew 13.7 Percentage Points in the Last Three Years According to Data from the Research Conducted by Rep Trak
Research commissioned by Ocyan to the consultancy The Global RepTrak shows that the corporate reputation index of the company among employees had a significant increase from 63.4% in 2017 to 77.2% in 2020. The increase was 13.7 percentage points in just three years, and the team highlighted values such as trust, admiration, empathy, commitment, and development. The pride of working at Ocyan was emphasized by 91.1% of employees who participated in the research – both from the company and from the JV Altera&Ocyan.

The Director of People and Management, Nir Lander, assesses that the result reflects the care for people and legitimizes the strategies adopted by management, based on the consolidation of best market practices in the company in recent years. “Investment in compliance in 2017, the change of brand in 2018, the launch of the Ocyan Waves Programs, focused on open innovation and Diversity & Inclusion, both in 2019, the launch of the company’s Purpose, and care for people throughout the pandemic, through assertive and transparent communication and actions aimed at the member’s experience, were decisive for this advance,” he celebrates.
In 2019, Ocyan also launched the diversity and inclusion program, which today includes three affinity groups: gender equity, race and ethnicity, and people with disabilities. This action also generated a positive perception of the company, reflected in the research. Additionally, it extended the paternity leave from five to 15 days and adopted flexible part-time work for female employees after the four-month maternity leave, until babies reach six months of age.
