Odebrecht has been slowly recovering as it meets its legal commitments, which naturally makes investors trust the company again and allows it to participate in bids. In its worst phase, the construction company was forced to change the name of its subsidiary operating in the offshore oil and gas sector to Ocyan, in order to revitalize its brand in the market and attract new investments; surprisingly, the strategy has been paying off.
The construction sector of Odebrecht has suffered a deep blow, but it has managed to bounce back and is closing some projects. The most recent one was announced on March 12, 2018, in a classified ad for immediate hires with a direct email. Here are the available positions listed below:

- Wire Feed Welders
- Shielded Metal Arc Welders
- Grinders
- Burners
