Amount Is Available for Beneficiaries of Court-Ordered Payments and Can Help Ease the Budget for Many Families

The extra payment began to be released on Thursday (08/08) and is already accessible to thousands of Brazilians. According to information from FDR, the amount is intended for those entitled to receive court-ordered payments of both food and non-food nature, as well as installments of FUNDEF related to the fiscal years of 2025, 2024, and 2023.

This measure represents a budget boost for families awaiting the credit, especially in a scenario of rising basic costs. However, it is essential to check if your name is on the beneficiaries’ list and to follow the staggered release calendar provided by the Federal Regional Court of the 5th Region (TRF5).

Who Is Entitled to the Extra Payment?

According to TRF5, the benefit includes individuals with court actions of priority food nature, food, and non-food, as well as credits related to the first three installments of FUNDEF court-ordered payments. The exception is for cases where there is a legal restriction on withdrawing the money, determined by the Execution Court.

How to Withdraw the Released Amount?

The withdrawal of the extra payment can be made directly at Banco do Brasil or Caixa Econômica Federal. To do this, it is necessary to present an identity document, CPF, and proof of residence (originals and copies).
