At the time of applying, the worker must be unemployed and present the request issued by the employer at the time of termination.

- Up to R$ 2,138.76: average salary multiplied by 0.8
- From R$ 2,138.77 to R$ 3,564.96: add R$ 1,711.01 to 50% of the amount that exceeds R$ 2,138.76
- Above R$ 3,564.96: fixed amount of R$ 2,424.11
