Job Openings for Production Operator Positions Are for Technicians Without Experience Who Dream of Working Offshore

Do you dream of working offshore but have no experience? Ocyan, one of the most renowned oil and gas companies in Brazil, which contracts with major oil companies like Petrobras, opened job openings yesterday (12/28) in RJ for its trainee program. The opportunities are for technicians looking for their first job. Submit your resume!

The job openings available for the Trainee Program are for the Production Operator position and aim to train new talents for this role through theoretical and practical experiences.

The first stage of the program (theoretical) consists of a six-week in-person course at the Altera&Ocyan office in Rio de Janeiro.

Format: In-person

Location: A&O Rio Office – Avenida Cidade de Lima, No. 86, 11th Floor – Santo Cristo, Rio de Janeiro – RJ

Course Duration: 6 weeks (8hrs/day | Monday to Friday).

Program Requirements:

Technical Level in Mechanics / Electrical / Instrumentation / Chemistry or Similar
Intermediate English.

On December 13, the company Ocyan S.A. announced that it is creating a new company: DrillCo, which will focus its activities in the field of oil and gas drilling with its current five rigs, ODN I, ODN II, Norbe VI, Norbe VIII, and Norbe IX.

This Ocyan company arises from the restructuring of the company’s financial debt. Ocyan S.A. will remain unchanged in its activities in oil and gas production, subsea construction, maintenance, and offshore services.
