With More Than A Thousand Vacancies, The Announcement Regarding The New PM RN Competition Requires That Applicants Interested In The Positions Of Soldier And Musician Soldier Have Higher Education.
The Military Police of Rio Grande do Norte has opened a new announcement regarding the new competition. The selection process includes 1,158 vacancies for soldiers with higher education. Of the available vacancies, 1,128 are for student soldiers, while 30 are for student musician soldiers.
They Must Hold A Degree, In Bachelor’s, Teaching, Or Technology, Those Interested In The Positions Of Troops. For The Position Of Musician, Professionals Must Present Training And Technical Skills Related To The Required Instrument.
The instruments that need to be presented are: C Flute; B Flat Clarinet; E Flat Alto Saxophone; B Flat Tenor Saxophone; E Flat Baritone Saxophone 1; B Flat Trumpet; Tenor Trombone 2; Bass Trombone 1; Euphonium/Baritone in B Flat; Tuba in B Flat/C; F/B Flat Horn; or Classical Percussion/Drum Set (timpani, snare drum, glockenspiel).
In addition, the minimum height required is 1.60m for men and 1.55m for women, both up to 35 years old. Initial earnings will be R$ 1,302.00, which may increase and be supplemented with benefits.

About The Applications
Applications to participate in the PM RN Competition can be made starting from January 23 until 11:00 PM on February 22. Candidates can register through the website of the Brazilian Institute of Training and Qualification (IBFC). The candidate must choose the location of the first exam during the registration process.
The fee to participate in the selection is R$122.50, which must be paid by February 23. Those registered in the Unified Registry for Social Programs of the Federal Government (CadÚnico), blood, bone marrow, and breast milk donors may request a fee exemption.
As well as voters summoned and appointed by the Electoral Justice of Rio Grande do Norte. Requests for fee exemption must be made between 10:00 AM on Monday, January 23 and 11:00 PM on the following Wednesday, January 25, through the bank’s website.
About The Stages Of The PM RN Competition
The competition consists of seven stages: objective test, musical qualification exam, Physical Aptitude Test (TAF), psychological evaluation, health inspection (PM RN), social investigation, and hetero-identification interview.
The objective tests will be conducted in the following cities: Caicó, João Câmara, Natal, Mossoró, Nova Cruz, and Pau dos Ferros, and are scheduled for March 26.
The objective test will consist of 80 questions, with 10 dedicated to Portuguese Language; 10 to Logical Reasoning; 10 on Basic Computer Knowledge; 10 on Basic Constitutional Law; 10 on Basic Military Criminal Law; 10 on Basic Criminal Law, 10 questions on Extravagant Legislation, and 10 questions on PM RN Legislation.
To move on to the next stage, it is necessary to score at least 40% in each subject and 60% overall. Only those classified within twice the number of vacancies for the selected position will be eligible for the next stage.
The call for approved candidates will be announced on May 2, and those approved must complete the subsequent stages in the city of Natal. According to the released schedule, the musical qualification exam will take place on May 7, and the TAF will be held between May 8 and 14 of the same month.
The competition results should be released on July 12. After the completion of all stages, it may be ratified, remaining valid for two years, and can be extended for the same period.
