Solar energy, coming from Renovigi Energia Solar, is part of the giant’s portfolio
In the second half of 2021, Intelbras announced that it would be completing the acquisition of Renovigi Energia Solar. The company is a reference in the production of photovoltaic solar panels in Santa Catarina (SC) and, therefore, could boost the buyer’s cash flow.
The integration process of this new investment went through three main pillars: financial, operational, and commercial. Due to the increasing demand for solar energy because of the legal framework, which foresees the start of ICMS taxation on everything produced from 2023, brands focused on renewable energies are experiencing good returns in 2022.
Renovigi has already achieved growth of 241% and increases revenue and expectations with Intelbras stocks
With investments in solar energy becoming increasingly popular due to the Law 14300 and the legal framework, which foresees the start of taxation for those who install photovoltaic panels after 2023, Renovigi, acquired last year by Intelbras, already shows an increase of at least 241%.
With this in mind, Intelbras announces its interest in continuing in the same sector to meet its goals for 2022 and, thus, ensure good dividends for its shareholders.
Now, estimates according to the Investing portal indicate that Intelbras stocks will continue to appreciate by 36.90%. In this regard, it is estimated that each stock will be sold at an average price of $37.
