According to the company’s HR, the selected candidate will ensure that line equipment (LE) at the GE plant is functioning and that downtime is mitigated. They will ensure that new equipment on site is set up according to specifications, that EHS technical requirements are followed, develop RCAs involving the equipment, and reduce costs.

Additionally, they will also lead and assist global M&ET projects to develop, deliver, and optimize equipment and technology for manufacturing wind turbine blades and provide support to other factories globally when needed.
