Vale Opens Applications for Young Apprentice with More Than 700 Immediate Vacancies for Cities in Espírito Santo, Minas Gerais, and Rio de Janeiro
Applications for the Vale Young Apprentice Program are open until December 12, 2022. There are more than 700 immediate openings in various municipalities in the states of Espírito Santo, Minas Gerais, and Rio de Janeiro, as well as the formation of a Talent Bank.
The mining company is also recruiting young apprentices for its Talent Bank in over 20 cities in five states across the country. The program serves as one of the gateways to Vale and offers theoretical and practical training in various areas through collaborative actions with educational institutions.
To qualify for Vale’s Young Apprentice program, young individuals must be between 18 and 22 years old and have completed high school. There is no upper age limit for individuals with disabilities. Applicants are required to reside in the area where the selected position is available.

The selection process for Vale’s Young Apprentice program will have various elimination stages, which will be conducted online. Some of the stages include an exam, a group dynamics analysis, and a psychological evaluation.
Participants who advance to the next stage will also take part in a virtual panel with managers. Subsequently, they will undergo pre-employment medical exams and document submission.
