BMW Brazil Is Now Accepting Applications for Its Trainee Program, Which Offers Opportunities in Germany. Applications Close in June, Don’t Waste Time!

BMW Brazil announced on Thursday (18) the opening of applications for its innovative Trainee Program 2023, called Acceleration Program. The initiative from the German company focuses on dynamic and talented young professionals from various sectors, offering a unique opportunity for growth in the national job market, providing an enriching experience over one year and six months.

Who Can Participate in BMW’s Trainee Program?

The trainee program, which offers opportunities in Germany, will be held at BMW’s office in São Paulo, allowing participants to explore the Sales and Marketing sectors of the prestigious MINI and BMW car brands, as well as the exciting motorcycles from BMW Motorrad.

It is worth mentioning that trainees will have the chance to experience three months in Germany, immersing themselves in the business and culture of the parent company, and another three months in a country to be selected, providing excellent international immersion.

One of the requirements to apply for the BMW Trainee Program is to hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields, with graduation between July 2020 and July 2023. Additionally, it is essential to haveProfessional experience of six months to two years, which may include training, internships, or early experiences. It is also necessary to be fluent in English and have at least four months of international experience.

Having knowledge of German and Spanish is considered a plus for the program. Good communication skills, teamwork ability, negotiation skills, leadership, and willingness for an international career are highly valued by the company.

The main focus of the Trainee Program is to drive the development of promising talents and generate a strategic understanding of the business, brands, culture, and local and global perspectives of the BMW Group.
