This document is essential for determining the committee responsible for the next CNU.
Regarding the first Unified National Public Contest (CNU), previously held, the hiring process is progressing. The minister reported that a new step for the admission of the approved candidates is expected next Thursday (April 24). This refers to the provision authorization for around 4,300 people. These positions are for roles that did not require a training course. The aim is for these new employees to join the Brazilian public service in the coming weeks.
Calling of Those Approved from the Previous CNU Edition Expected in May
The candidates approved in the first edition of the CNU will start being called soon. The forecast from the Ministry of Management and Innovation (MGI) is that the convocations will begin in May 2025. This applies to higher and middle-level positions across the eight thematic blocks that do not require a training course. This stage was made possible after the sanction of the Annual Budget Law (LOA) for 2025.
The MGI will publish a unified ordinance authorizing the appointments. Subsequently, the 16 federal agencies participating in the first Unified National Public Contest will be required to publish their own appointment acts to officially appoint the approved candidates. These agencies include MGI, Mdic, Mapa, Incra, Funai, MJSP, IBGE, AGU, MPO, MinC, among others.
