What Courses Are Available?
IFPR offers five options of technical courses, with varied workloads to meet different professional demands. Check out the options:
- Logistics Technician: duration of 12 months (800 hours).
- Public Services Technician: duration of 12 months (800 hours).
- Sales Technician: duration of 12 months (800 hours).
- Environmental Technician: duration of 18 months (1,200 hours).
- Occupational Safety Technician: duration of 18 months (1,200 hours).
All courses are aimed at those who have completed high school, ensuring practical and quality training to enter or specialize in the job market.
Who Can Apply?
Candidates who have completed high school by the time of enrollment can participate.
There is a reservation of 60% of the spots for students from public schools, Youth and Adult Education (EJA), or certificates from Encceja.
Additionally, IFPR guarantees affirmative actions for black, brown, indigenous, quilombola individuals, and people with disabilities, promoting inclusion and equal opportunities.
How Does the EaD Model at IFPR Work?
The difference in IFPR’s EaD courses lies in the balance between online activities and in-person classes.
About 80% of the classes occur virtually, with flexible schedules to accommodate those who already have other responsibilities.
The remaining 20% are held at in-person hubs, which include evening meetings and synchronous activities. This provides greater integration and learning without sacrificing convenience.
Selection Process: How Will the Selection Be Made?
The selection will take place through a public electronic lottery, broadcast live to ensure total transparency.
Selected candidates will be organized according to the available spot categories, prioritizing filling the reservations for affirmative actions.
The entire process is regulated by Announcement No. 173/2024, which can be consulted on the official IFPR website.
