Main Responsibilities of the Position
The Junior Buyer will perform various essential functions for the smooth operation of the company’s purchasing processes, such as:
Negotiating with suppliers, always seeking the best conditions for price, timing, and quality;
Conducting quotations, analyzing proposals, and comparing prices, delivery times, and payment terms to ensure the best cost-benefit ratio;
Working in partnership with the production team, ensuring that the materials purchased meet the necessary technical specifications;
Participating in meetings and continuous improvement projects, collaborating with suggestions for process optimization and cost reduction;
Monitoring supplier performance, assessing the quality of products and services provided, as well as the punctuality of deliveries.
Required Qualifications
