Requirements for the Position
Candidates must have a completed higher education in areas such as Administration, Automation, Quality Management, Industrial Production Management, or related fields. Experience in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, process engineering, PCP/PPCPM, logistics, or quality is essential. Technical knowledge in Value Stream Mapping, 5S Methodology, equipment efficiency, and quick tool changeover (TRF) will be important differentials. Additionally, the position requires availability for travel and a Class B driver’s license.
