The course “Literacy and Literacy of Deaf Children: Theoretical and Practical Aspects” offers 300 spots and has a workload of 100 hours. The course “Studies of Disability in Meeting Assistive Technology: Strategies, Practices, and Resources for the Whole Class” has 300 spots and a workload of 180 hours.

Who Can Participate in the Free Online Courses Offered by the Federal Institute

Selection will be made on a first-come, first-served basis, and it is necessary to submit the supporting documentation during the online application process. Required documents include an official photo ID, proof of affiliation with the education network, and proof of schooling.
Classes for the Free Teacher Training Courses Start on August 20
Classes are scheduled to begin on August 20, 2024, and approved candidates will receive orientation via email on how to access the course platform. Spots for these courses are limited, and if there are any dropouts, candidates from the waiting list will be called on August 26 and September 2.
