Requirements and Modalities
To become a Local Innovation Agent, it is necessary to have completed higher education in areas of interest to Sebrae and to be up to ten years after graduation.
The program offers several modalities, including ALI Productivity, ALI Rural, ALI Entrepreneurial Education, ALI Ecosystems, and ALI Geographical Indication. The duration of the scholarship varies by modality, potentially lasting up to 30 months.
Sebrae Selection Process
The selection process for the ALI program is structured in several stages. Initially, a curriculum and document analysis will be conducted.
Subsequently, candidates will undergo objective and subjective tests, as well as profile assessments and individual interviews.
This process is essential to ensure that the selected candidates align with the program’s objectives.
Role of Local Innovation Agents
The selected agents will have specific roles according to the modality in which they are assigned:
- ALI Productivity: They will develop activities to assess the impact of innovation on the productivity of small businesses, using agile tools and methodologies. The work involves visiting enterprises and diagnosing to solve bottlenecks.
- ALI Rural: They will focus on identifying problems and applying innovative tools in rural businesses, aiming to make these properties more sustainable.
- ALI Entrepreneurial Education: They will seek to integrate innovation into the educational practices of basic education institutions, encouraging the development of new methodologies.
- ALI Geographical Indication: They will work to strengthen Brazilian geographical indications, utilizing intellectual property to stimulate innovation in territories.
- ALI Ecosystems: They will aim to activate innovation in specific territories, articulating and dynamizing innovation stakeholders to promote local development.
