The National Service for Industrial Learning (Senai) has announced the opening of more than 7,000 spots for completely free professional qualification courses, with online (EAD) and in-person options. Among the variety of free courses offered by Senai-RJ, there are professions such as pizzaiolo, camera operator, audiovisual electrician, 2D digital animator, video editor, logistics operations assistant, carpenter, and furniture assembler.

In the 13 units located in the Metropolitan Region of Rio de Janeiro, 5,070 spots have been made available. The units include locations such as Benfica, Maracanã, Laranjeiras, Tijuca, Vicente de Carvalho, Jacarepaguá, Vila Isabel, Santa Cruz, Duque de Caxias, Nova Iguaçu, Itaguaí, Niterói, and São Gonçalo.

In 2023, the institution welcomed approximately 474,300 students in its units spread across Brazil, with courses in electrician, administrative assistant, pastry chef, human resources assistant, computer operator, baker, seamstress, and mechanic attracting the highest number of enrollments.
