Course Objectives
With a workload of 360 hours distributed over 18 months, the course primarily focuses on improving management practices in Professional and Technological Education.
The pedagogical proposal includes theoretical reflections and practical activities, emphasizing the importance of a democratic and participatory management in educational institutions.
The activities will be conducted in a virtual learning environment, providing flexibility to participants.
However, mandatory in-person meetings are scheduled at the support hubs for evaluations, practical classes, and seminars.

The 200 positions are distributed among six hubs of the Open University System of Brazil (UAB) in Bahia, as detailed below:
- Barreiras: 32 positions
- Eunápolis: 32 positions
- Lauro de Freitas: 36 positions
- Mundo Novo: 32 positions
- Salvador: 36 positions
- Ubaitaba: 32 positions
Eligibility Criteria
To apply, it is necessary to have a bachelor’s degree in any area, issued by an institution recognized by the MEC.
The course is preferentially directed at professionals in the basic education teaching who work in public education systems, especially in the area of management of professional and technological education.
Additionally, candidates must have regular access to a computer with internet and basic computer skills, as well as availability to participate in in-person meetings at the selected hubs.

The final classification will be based on the score obtained in the professional experience analysis. In case of a tie, tie-breaking criteria defined in the announcement will be applied.
