The Santander Gamer Pro is an innovative initiative that aims to develop the e-Sports scene in Brazil, offering opportunities for both players and aspiring professional streamers.

This edition of the program is a partnership with CNB Esports, one of the most renowned esports clubs in Latin America.

The program includes courses for some of the most popular games today, such as Valorant, Fortnite, and League of Legends (LoL), as well as a specific course for streamers.

How the Selection Process Will Be

The spots will be distributed according to the demand for registrations. CNB Esports will adopt a multi-step evaluation methodology, selecting the six candidates with the highest performance index in the program. These students will have access to an extended course for 45 days and will receive financial support of R$ 2,400.

Who Can Apply for Santander Gamer Pro

To apply for a scholarship from Santander Gamer Pro, you must be at least 16 years old and be an enthusiast of e-Sports. Registration is open to Brazilians from all regions of the country, and the program is fully online, allowing participants to take the course from anywhere.

It is not necessary to have prior knowledge of the offered games, to be a bank customer, or to live in any specific region. In addition, there is a reservation of spots for specific groups: 5% for people with disabilities (PWD), 30% for women, and 40% for Black and mixed-race individuals. Of the total spots, 25% are for general competition.

In total, the Santander Gamer Pro – 3rd Edition offers four study paths: League of Legends, Valorant, Fortnite, and Streamer. The six participants with the best performance who complete 100% of the chosen path will receive an extension of the scholarship with online meetings with professional trainers from CNB for 45 days, in addition to a paid scholarship of R$ 2,400.

How Communication Will Be Made for Santander Gamer Pro

According to the bank, all communications regarding the Santander Gamer Pro program will be made via email, with specific deadlines for acceptance. This information may be sent via the Santander Open Academy platform or by CNB Esports, depending on the stage of the selection process.
