If you are looking for a well-paid professional opportunity and wish to work in the protection of indigenous peoples, the National Foundation of Indigenous Peoples (FUNAI) has opened a selective process without a public competition for temporary hiring. There are 30 positions for professionals with higher education, with salaries reaching R$ 10,047.

 Positions For Higher Education

 Socio-Environmental Analyst (10 vacancies) – Requirements: Degree in  Social Sciences, Sociology, Anthropology, Political Science, History or Geography.

 Environmental Analyst (10 vacancies) – Degree in  Environmental Sciences, Environmental Management, Biological Sciences, Forestry Engineering, Environmental and Sanitary Engineering, Agricultural Engineering (Agronomy) or Geography.

 Analyst in Land Regularization of Indigenous Lands (1 vacancy) – Required diploma in  Agrarian Sciences, Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Engineering (Agronomy) or Forestry Engineering, as well as registration with the relevant council.

 Analyst in Georeferencing of Indigenous Lands (1 vacancy) – Degree in  Geography, Surveying Engineering, Cartographic Engineering or Environmental and Sanitary Engineering. Requires post-graduation in the area of georeferencing or geoprocessing, registration with the relevant council and accreditation at INCRA for using the Land Management System (SIGEF).

 Manager in Environmental Licensing (2 vacancies) – Requires degree in  Social Sciences, Sociology, Anthropology, Political Science, History, Geography, Environmental Sciences, Environmental Management, Biological Sciences, Forestry Engineering, Environmental and Sanitary Engineering, Agricultural Engineering (Agronomy) or Geography.

 Manager in Land Regularization of Indigenous Lands (1 vacancy) – For professionals graduated in  Agrarian Sciences, Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Engineering (Agronomy) or Forestry Engineering, with registration in the relevant council.

Approved candidates will receive differentiated remuneration according to the chosen position:

✔ Analysts: Salary of R$ 7,681.70.
✔ Managers: Salary of R$ 10,047, already including food assistance of R$ 1,000.

Selection Process: Evaluation Stages

Those registered in FUNAI’s selective process without a public competition will go through a rigorous selection process consisting of three stages:

✔ Assessment of Titles and Professional Experience: Extra points for candidates with specializations, master’s degrees, or relevant experience.
