Production Supervisor
Requirements required by Samarco Mining: Complete higher education in Metallurgical Engineering, Production, or related areas, along with experience in the field.
Previous experience in pelletizing plant processes is essential, covering unit operations such as thickening, vacuum filtration, grinding and mixing, pelletizing, and pelletizing furnace.
It is also necessary to have expertise in team management and availability for in-person shift work, following a 4×4 schedule.

Requirements required by Samarco Mining: Technical course in Mechanics, knowledge of the SAP R3P system — PM module, and active registration in CRT-ES.
