Production Supervisor
Requirements required by Samarco Mining: Complete higher education in Metallurgical Engineering, Production, or related areas, along with experience in the field.
Previous experience in pelletizing plant processes is essential, covering unit operations such as thickening, vacuum filtration, grinding and mixing, pelletizing, and pelletizing furnace.
It is also necessary to have expertise in team management and availability for in-person shift work, following a 4×4 schedule.

As desirable requirements, experience with yard machinery equipment, such as reclaimers and stackers, as well as fault diagnosis and maintenance in PLCs of ABB and Emerson Delta V lines are valued.
