Job Description
The Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to clients in an agile and effective manner. Among the main responsibilities are:
- Provide technical support to clients and employees, resolving issues and clarifying doubts about the company’s products.
- Record all assistance provided, following the company’s internal processes and monitoring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on products, legislation, and relevant technologies, in addition to being prepared to work in infrastructure areas such as support for Windows and Linux Server, DNS, GPO, and network security.
Requirements and Qualifications
To apply for the position, candidates must have:
- A completed higher education degree in areas such as information systems, computer science, administration, or accounting.
- Experience in customer service.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux Server, as well as network infrastructure (LAN and WAN), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, among others.
