The Senai Institute of Technology in Operational Excellence, one of the largest references in innovation and industrial processes, is offering 30 positions for Junior Consultant – Intermittent across the country.

According to Senai, the institution is seeking professionals with strong experience in improving industrial production processes.

The Junior Consultant position involves the application of Lean Manufacturing techniques to optimize the efficiency and productivity of industries.

Requirements for Application

To apply, you must meet some essential requirements:

Minimum of 6 months’ experience in improving production processes.
Complete higher education.
Valid National Driver’s License (CNH) category B.
Availability for frequent travel, mainly within the state of Santa Catarina.
Residence in the states of Santa Catarina, Paraná, or Rio Grande do Sul.
Own vehicle with valid full insurance.
Personal laptop for job activities.

Contract Details

The contract for the Junior Consultant position is intermittent, meaning that work will be carried out according to demand, with an estimated workload of 40 hours per week and remuneration of R$30.53 per hour.

Additionally, Senai covers the costs of transportation, accommodation, and meals. There is a possibility of changing to a monthly contract, depending on demand and agreement between the employee and the company.
