MP GOM was formed in 2018, with an 80% stake from Murphy and a 20% stake from Petrobras America. According to Brazil Energia, the JV’s asset list includes the fields of St. Malo, Lucius, Hadrian North, Cottonwood, Hadrian South, Dalmatian, Front Runner, Clipper, Habanero, Kodiak, Medusa, Thunder Hawk, South Marsh Island 280, Garden Banks 200/201, and Tahoe.

BW Offshore is a provider of floating production services for the oil and gas industry. The company is also involved in the development of proven offshore hydrocarbon reservoirs and is represented in all major oil and gas regions of the world, with a fleet of 15 owned FPSOs.
