Fully updated job openings for construction work on a wind farm in Bahia. Send your resume to the company and by email
The multinational Statkraft Brasil has already started the civil construction works of the Ventos de Santa Eugênia Wind Complex, located in Ubaí, Bahia. According to the company, since the beginning of the works, more than 200 professionals have been hired. The expectation is that approximately 750 job openings will be opened during the entire construction of the project, scheduled to be inaugurated in 2023. With an estimated investment of BRL 2,5 billion, the project comprises 10 wind farms, with a total of 91 turbines, close to the company's other wind farms in Bahia. The project should generate the equivalent of 2,3 TWh of renewable energy per year, enough to supply 1,17 million Brazilian homes.
According to Carolina Brito, People & Culture manager at Seta Engenharia, local labor is being prioritized when hiring. “So far, 35% of vacancies have been filled by workers from the region”, she says.

Seta Engenharia was hired to take care of admissions during the period. The company operates in the heavy civil industry, and focuses on the execution of works and earthworks in hydroelectric, solar and wind power generation projects, among other works.

There are currently 15 job openings available for the selection process. The positions are for construction workers and do not require experience in the position.
