The Ecorobotix ARA is a high-precision agricultural sprayer that promises to transform the agricultural sector. Developed to reduce the use of chemicals by up to 95%, the ARA not only optimizes the use of herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, and fertilizers but also significantly contributes to a more sustainable agriculture.

This technology not only improves the profitability of operations but also complies with environmental regulations, preserving ecosystems and soil health.

High Technology Serving the Precision of Agricultural Sprayers

The ARA is equipped with a series of innovations that put it ahead of other conventional sprayers. Its towable design, with a width of 6 meters, allows coverage of up to 4 hectares per hour, operating at a constant speed of 7 km/h.

In addition, the equipment features six integrated cameras and a sophisticated artificial intelligence algorithm, capable of individually identifying each plant in the field.

The highlight is the 156 spray nozzles, which apply products with millimeter precision in an area of 6×6 cm around each plant. This targeted spraying drastically reduces chemical waste, minimizing environmental impact.

Environmental and Economic Benefits

The ARA brings a series of advantages for both the environment and farmers. Among the environmental benefits, there is a reduction of up to 90% in the use of herbicides, fungicides, and fertilizers, contributing to soil preservation and nearby areas, minimizing the risks of environmental contamination. This localized application also reduces chemical drift, decreasing unwanted product dispersion by the wind.

Additionally, the ARA promotes soil regeneration by lowering the amount of chemicals applied. Although the exact increase in productivity has not been quantified, the equipment offers significant savings in the use of plant protection products, which can result in an improvement of up to 30% in the profitability of agricultural operations.

Another interesting factor is the rapid payback of the investment. Farms between 300 and 500 hectares can amortize the cost of the ARA in about three to four years, with the possibility of access to subsidies in certain regions.

Versatility and Efficiency in Any Condition

One of the great differentiators of the ARA is its versatility. It can be used in various types of crops, from pastures and vegetables to lawns and grain crops. With the capability to operate year-round, day and night, even in windy conditions, the ARA ensures precision and efficiency with each application.

In a 24-hour day, it can treat up to 96 hectares, always maintaining a constant speed of 7 km/h.

In addition to the precision of application, the ARA offers a data collection and analysis function regarding crop development. This functionality allows farmers to make decisions based on concrete information, optimizing treatments and increasing long-term efficiency.

The Ecorobotix ARA also stands out for its ease of operation. It can be controlled via a tablet, with a simple and intuitive interface.

The sprayer’s coupling system is compatible with most conventional tractors, facilitating its integration into any farm that already has existing machinery.

The ARA is a true revolution in the field of agricultural spraying. Its high-precision technology not only contributes to sustainability by reducing the use of chemicals but also improves the profitability of agricultural operations.
