Perplexity AI on the Radar
In June, Bloomberg revealed that Samsung is negotiating the inclusion of Perplexity AI’s search features in its upcoming flagship models.
Additionally, the Korean manufacturer is considering investing in the current funding round of the American startup.
These negotiations demonstrate an attempt to diversify in an increasingly competitive market.
Apple, for example, is also heavily investing to enhance its AI services in iPhones.
S25 Line Paved the Way
At the launch of the S25 line in January, Samsung highlighted the AI functions in the devices.
Most of these features, however, are managed by Google’s system.
Now, with the arrival of the S26 line, the expectation is that users will find more advanced and personalized alternatives.
The competition for smart technologies promises to define the next generation of smartphones.
