The Positions In SP In The Santander Trainee Program, The Third Largest Private Bank In Brazil, Are To Start In January 2023.

Looking for a job but have no experience? Santander opens applications for its 2023 trainee program with a salary of R$ 8 thousand plus benefits. The positions are for work in SP, and professionals graduated from December 2019 onwards, from any course, can apply! Applications are open until October 10, see below how to apply.

The Santander trainee program 2023 lasts 12 months and follows a job rotation style—where the professional interacts with all areas of the company—and will be in-person in São Paulo.

In addition, selected candidates will have contact with Santander’s businesses: Getnet, Webmotors, Zurich, and Superdigital.

Graduation between December/19 and December/22, in any undergraduate course;
Availability to work and travel to any state;
All positions are for São Paulo;
If foreign, possess a visa to work in Brazil;
Advanced English will be a differentiator;
Previous professional experience may be a differentiator;

Trainees Will Be Able To Choose To Work In The Following Areas: Finance and Strategy; Audit; Risk Institutional Relations and Sustainability; Legal and Corporate Affairs; Retail; Corporate; People and Ombudsman; Wealth Management; Technology and Operations.

In addition, the selected candidates will be mentored by bank executives on an individual basis and will have the opportunity to participate in a work exchange with international experience.
