Since then, the Swedish brand has established itself as a protagonist in the country’s road transport, maintaining a solid relationship with fleet owners and Norwegian drivers. This journey culminates now in a worthy tribute: the launch of a special edition that celebrates these eight decades of presence with a powerful and historic customized model.
Scania Norge itself, on its institutional website, highlighted that this edition represents the recognition of the bond built over the years with the Norwegian people, not just with customers, but also with collaborators, partners, and admirers of the brand.
Bold Design and Imposing Presence on the Roads
The special Scania Super 80 series has been developed based on the models of the R and S series, both equipped with a high-roof sleeper cab. But what truly differentiates the commemorative edition is its appearance: the intense black paint gains golden and red details that traverse the frame of the front grille, the steps, the sides, and the contours of the cab. According to information released by Scania, one of the highlights is the light bar positioned on the roof, which illuminates in red when the position lights are activated, creating a striking visual effect even at night.
